HAVE GOT TO + Verb:

=> you say what you have to do.
(to have to do … something)
I’ve got to read my lesson.
I’ve got to go now, I’m late.

GOT TO + Noun:

=> you say where you are.
(to get to … somewhere).
I call you when I get to London.
I called my wife when I got to the office.
